Mr. Caldwell,
Please consider this official notice that effective on this 17th Day of April 2015, you are hereby directed that you are not authorized for any purpose beyond an Actual Life or Death Emergency to use any of the Repeaters Owned or Operated by N5XO.
This includes but is not limited to the following Repeaters: 927.0750 / 443.025 / 147.120 / 145.350 and any future repeaters that I should bring on the air. Failure to heed to this notification will result in immediate notification to the F.C.C Enforcement Bureau.
You are in receipt of this notification due to your consistent behavior that is contrary to the Spirit of Amateur Radio, the direct personal abuse aimed at myself personally, as well as the members of our local Radio Group. I also personally believe that you are responsible for the placing of the Jamming transmitter in the creek bed behind my home, as well as guided John Watkins in his actions against me and my family. All actions are contrary to the good Amateur Practices and civilized behavior.
With this, it is my belief that permitting you to use my equipment would not be of benefit to the myself, the local Amateur Community or our Amateur Radio Group.

Greg Lewis published a “Public Notice” in San Antonio Hams Stating that he was givin Gary Sheets and myself notice not to use his equipment. He also claims that he sent both Gary and I notice by certified mail. As of to day neither Gary or I have received any certified mail or regular mail from Mr. Lewis. If he will provide the registration number from the certified letter receipt I will be glad to track it for him. As far as I know Gary has never been on any of Greg’s repeaters and I have been on them only twice. Once to inform Greg that his repeater was deviating 10 kc’s on either side of center frequency and in violation of FCC rules and regulations. Mr lewis informed me that I was not authorised to use his repeater. I said then send ma a letter and that I would inform the FCC of his violation. The next day I spoke to Mr. Browning at the FCC field office in Houston ,Texas (713-983-6096). Shortly after Greg corrected his problem. I was also on Greg’s repeater to inform him that when he picks up the wrong mike and transmits on some one else’s repeater he is required to identify his transmission. Mr. Lewis is great about quoting rules but must feel that they do not apply to him. I can only assume that Mr. Lewis gave this notice in retaliation for my contacting the FCC about his violation. TOday I also contacted Mr. Browning about Greg’s 147.120 repeater deviating 7 kc’s on digital mode causing his repeater to splatter into the adjacent repeater receive frequency. Greg speaks violating the “spirit of amateur radio” when he is the one that has forced complaints to be filed for noncompliance. I tried to discuss the problem with Greg, but met total denial.
I think that this whole problem started when Greg , in my opinion was trying to do an insurance job” and falsely accused Gary, Russ Flowers, and myself of cutting his coax. He replaced his coax with hard line. What I cant figure out is how we allegedly cut his coax and were not seen on his elaborate camera system. Guess we were using Harry Potters cloak of invisibility. Also how three old men climbed his fence, and Gary, and Rus were in the hospital. His case went nowhere at the District Attorney’s office..
I would further point out that it was Greg Lewis that started the take back 52 campaign, which was totally bogus. Again it was Greg Lewis that put together an alleged petition that allegedly had 200 names wanting the FCC to take away Gary and my license. All of the aggressive moves have been on the part of Greg Lewis. Any reasonable person would see this.
As far as John Watkins is concerned if anyone can recall he first showed up on amateur radio bothering Gary and myself. I had no knowledge of Watkins causing a problem with Greg. It is my belief that Greg found out that Watkins worked down the street an set him up. It has been over a year since that incident and the District Attorney has still not brought charge against Watkins in that incident.

All comments from Thomas Caldwell are pure Balderdash……
100% fabricsted in his own mind

Response: As is normal the reply is nothing more than Thomas Caldwells over active imagination. They have even read the police report on the air themselves and it says no such thing. In fact I provided Gary with an Alibi and stated I did not think he had anything to do with it, as it was my understanding he was in rehab. I never accused those individuals at all. I simply stated when asked if I had any enemies and I stated the truth the only enemies I have are Thomas Caldwell, Gary Sheets, and Russ Flowers. I never once indicated that they did a single thing to my hard line.
The rest is even too stupid to respond to further and I’ll not waste my time.
I’ll leave with a parting comment that it is sad that an very enjoyable hobby is ruined by several local radio terrorist who have nothing to do with supporting the hobby only tearing it down. The issues lay with they stated goal of Gary Sheets to drive off any and all fake ham operators and he defined fake as anyone licensed by the VE system.
leave this parting comment. We changed frequencies 4 times to avoid them and conflict and they follow us and continue a pattern of harassment. NOTHING MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID.

I find it interesting that even when they read the police report they still hold to that lie. I never accused them of anything and in fact stated that I did not believe Gary had any involvement.
Funny how that is when Tommy claims it all started. What was it when a year earlier you planted transmitters in the field behind me, what was it for 3 years prior with non stop attacks.
Your history revision is false

greg I see that you never replied to the fact that you gave our names in a police report where you were trying to pull an insurance job with craig kennedy and that you were out of compliance with fcc rules and regulations. It took a call to the fcc to get your equipment into compliance after I tried to bring it to your attention. I do not believe that hams should involve the fcc unless the operator refuses to cooperate but you banning the three of us is just your retaliation for reporting your violation.

It is my understanding that Greg Lewis sent a copy of an alleged “public notice” to you. I am sending a copy of the document to you along with my response to the alleged notice. Mr . Lewis claims to have sent this notice to me by registered mail, but to this date I have not received any such notice from Greg Lewis.. I did find the notice accidently on a amateur radio blog that Greg had sent it to.
It seems that Mr. Lewis gets some kind of special treatment by the Converse Police Department because he is a resident of Converse. This problem arose in Converse because the Converse Police department failed to investigate a vandalism claimed by Mr. Lewis properly. . Mr. Lewis showed up at your department claiming that his radio transmission line had been cut. He named Gary Sheets, Russ Flowers, and myself as suspects. Gary and Russ were in the hospital and I certainly did not do it. If your officer had gone to Greg’s residence and investigated he probably would have found no such vandalism . He would have found that Greg Lewis has an elaborate camera system that would have recorded any such entry and abuse to his property. Greg replaced his coax with much more expensive “hard line’ at a cost to his insurance company. Greg needed a police report to file such a claim. In my opinion Greg was pulling an insurance job.
As far as John Watkins in concerned, my only connection to him is that I was helping his Attorney in a case before the Bexar County Court at Law Number 1. Watkins called me and told me that Greg had started following him around when he left work. I asked him where he was and he told me. I told him that he was just down the street from Greg’s House . Watkins had no idea where Greg lived. This was after Andrew Watson had spread throughout the amateur community pictures of Watkins mug shot and information of where he worked and lived. I told you on the phone how you could prove up a time line. I have no idea if you ever followed up on it. It is my opinion that Mr. Lewis set up Watkins. If you ever read the copy of the Pinicchio Brief that I left at your office you would see that Mr. Lewis is not a very honest individual. Ms. Molder” the truth is out there” if you just look for it objectively.
Sincerely,

I find it very interesting that all of the jamming on wd5fwp’s repeaters quit after someone started jamming n5xo’s repeaters. Could it be that greg was to busy with his own repeaters to jam Gary’s?
