Mission Park Burial Park #5 – After the funeral

Yes, we invite all motorcyclists to come show your support for Gene for the funeral.  Gene chose a t-shirt that he wanted to be buried in that reads:  “Born to Ride, Live to Ride, Die to Ride.”  Fly the flags and wear your colors to support Gene…because we know he’d do it for us.

I suggest we arrive on the bikes by 11 AM at the funeral home because they should have designated parking for the bikes.  The funeral home is close to where the old Malibu Golf and Games used to be.  It’s on Cherry Ridge and can be accessed either off of I-10 (Callahan exit) or Loop 410 because it is at the intersection of Loop 410 and I-10.  I’m expecting 30+ bikes.  If you can’t come on your scooter, just come in your 4 wheeler.

Please pass this on to everyone – whether they knew Gene or not, because Gene loved his country, and he loved his family, and he loved his bike.
