We also work\u00a0alongside other emcomm groups to help fill any gaps. \u00a0All team members have actual &#8220;hands on&#8221;\u00a0emergency communications\u00a0experience. No room for\u00a0b.s. in our group. We get the job done because we know what we are doing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Our ecom van (see above)\u00a0comes fully loaded with both HF and\u00a0VHF\/UHF stations and can operate as a self-contained, stand alone emergency communications post anywhere we might be needed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We\u00a0also work\u00a0with NAVY-MARINE CORPS MARS (Military Affiliate Radio System) system and support their needs in emergency communications.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #533333;\"><span style=\"color: #622b2b;\">Any person with a sincere interest in helping their community may join. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A LICENSED AMATEUR RADIO OPERATOR to be a part of our team and help.
