I’m looking for volunteers to help with communications during the Spring Tour de Gruene Team Fondo on\u00a0Saturday, March 5, 2011, from\u00a010am – 3pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The event takes place in & around Gruene, FM 306, Sattler, and River\u00a0 Road. This is the first year for this event, and I think we can use as many stations as possible.\u00a0 We will be using\u00a02 meter Ham Radio with the 147.000 repeater, in\u00a0fixed locations.\u00a0 Mobile radios\u00a0with external antennas may be needed in some locations due to terrain.\u00a0 At this time, we do not anticipate the need for any mobile units.<\/p>\n
